    What you’ll be doing: You’ll start by mastering the Detail Delivery Standard. You’ll work alongside a Lead Operator, learning the technical side of paint correction, interior restoration, and ceramic coating. This isn't just about cleaning; it’s about understanding the chemistry and the "why" behind every stroke of the microfiber.

    What we look for:

    • A relentless eye for the small things (the "dirt in the cracks" obsession).

    • A professional appearance and a "yes, sir/ma'am" attitude.

    • The stamina to maintain a high level of quality from the first car to the last.


  • The Professional Entrepreneur The Pay: Base + Commission (Six-Figure Earning Potential)

    What you’ll be doing: We hand you the keys to a custom-branded mobile service machine. You manage your own route, engage directly with high-net-worth clients, and represent the brand in the field. You aren't just a detailer; you are a service manager on wheels. You are responsible for your inventory, your equipment, and your client’s total satisfaction.

    What we look for:

    • Proven mastery of detailing techniques.

    • Strong communication skills—you can explain a ceramic coating to a CEO.

    • Extreme ownership. You treat that van like you paid for it yourself.

  • The Empire BuilderThe Pay: Business Equity & Profit Sharing

    The Vibe: Executive-level leadership.

    What you’ll be doing: This is the "Million Dollar" goal. Once you have mastered the operation, we help you transition from Employee to Owner. You will lead your own fleet of Detail Delivery vans, manage a team of operators, and dominate a specific territory. We provide the branding, the systems, and the lead generation; you provide the leadership and the scale.

    What we look for:

    • A track record of leadership within our company.

    • Financial literacy and a hunger for growth.

    • The ability to mentor others to reach Level 01 and 02.
