Terms of Service - Detail Delivery LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Detail Delivery (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Offerings
Our services include various detailing packages, add-on services, and membership programs as described on our website. The primary offerings currently include:
Interior Detail
Interior & Exterior Detail (Full Service)
Additional add-ons and premium services (e.g., ceramic coatings, paint correction, engine bay detail, etc.) are available at the listed prices.
3. Payment, Deposits, and Refunds
Deposits: All service deposits are required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable; however, they may be applied as a credit toward future services if you need to reschedule your appointment.
Pricing: Prices are clearly displayed on our website. Taxes and applicable fees are not included unless specified.
4. Memberships
Membership programs are offered for ongoing service and maintenance. Memberships cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason once activated.
Members are responsible for all scheduled services under their membership plan, regardless of subsequent changes in their circumstances.
5. Pre-Service Inspection and Liability
Prior to service, our team will document the condition of your vehicle with photographs and written notes.
By proceeding with our service, you acknowledge and agree that all pre- and post-service documentation accurately reflects your vehicle’s condition.
We are not liable for any damage or claims arising from your vehicle’s condition if such damage is documented before and after service.
6. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
Detail Delivery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment failure, staffing issues).
In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your service and accommodate your needs.
7. Customer Responsibilities and Fraud Prevention
You agree to provide accurate and current information during the booking and service process.
Any attempt to defraud our services—including the use of false information or payment methods—will result in immediate cancellation of the service and may lead to legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Detail Delivery shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
By booking our services, you assume all risks associated with the detailing process.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of our arbitration agreement. Which we will not be responsible for any court or lawyer fees in the event of us being not liable.
Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
